HOPING TO BRING HOME THE GOLD

    Defending state champion, St. Charles Debs Cheerleading team, will be back in action in January after months of preparation dating back to last May.

The Chargers have been preparing with more tumbling, hard stunting and a number of extra practices under coaches Jen Grosseto, Sam Allocca and Nicole Allocca.

The extra practices have taken place at St.Charles gym and Evolution Cheer in Tottenville.

The new routine the past weeks has been a roller coaster, but lately has been fluid. The girls are very excited about performing for the first time at a competition and are hoping to bring home a first-place trophy.
