St. Charles Varsity Competition Prep

     This past week at Varsity practice was intense. We did many full outs to perfect our routine. We worked hard and tried our best to hit our skills. We faced many challenges throughout the season but we are coming in strong. Despite these hardships, we are improving our stamina and our ability to perfect our technique to make  our routine sharp and clean. We had many unfortunate injuries but we healed from these difficulties in hopes to win our first competition on January 12, 2020.
